28- All of this summer's house projects have a budget of $0. Good thing we have a lot of paint on hand! The faux dip paint method is a fast, easy and cheap way to update the 'blah.'
29- B's 'Papa tractor' came to see him. We've had a lot of visitors that come during nap time lately. :)
30- 'Coffee' date. Only no coffee for B and I.
31- B's idea of helping in the kitchen.
1- Outdoor movie night was a little chilly. We'll have to have a redo in the near future.
2- B used his good looks to get all the strawberries that were ready out of the neighbors' garden.
3- Do the zoo!
Welcome to the Hickstionary, a landing spot for all things H family.
I'm Heidi. He's Rusty. And together we have our beautiful babe, Beckett and a furry menace, Dakota.
I mostly use this space to brag about how awesome the kid is, whine about how naughty the dog is & share an occasional deep thought.
Thanks for hanging out with us as we figure out this [blessed] life!

365 WK 21
21-It's been awhile since I've posted a breakfast pic.
22- There's a good story behind why I have a picture of my mocs. I'll get around to sharing it one of these days.
23- If it's a day I could actually sleep in, B is up by 7 am. If we need to get out the door, he'll easily sleep until 9:30 before I finally have to wake him up. Poor buddy!
24- Face painting, field events, people watching, huge playground. All that fun stuff and all B wants to do is play with the mud and rocks.
25- This is the only picture I took all day and B was clearly not in the mood to sit still for a picture.
26- Tailgating in the garage while daddy grilled in the rain. We had lemon meringue s'mores too. Yummy.
27- We spent most of rainy Memorial Day inside working on house projects but we did use the break in the rain to set up B's new playhouse he got from his grandma. He thinks it's pretty cool.

Yikes! I got just a little behind! Here's what we've been up to:
WEEK 18:
April 30: B has been putting a LOT of miles on his cousin's little red car. We are on the hunt for more outdoor toys so if you have any for sale, please let me know!
May 1- Dakota and Buzz. B's two best friends.
2- It SNOWED. A lot. B was not impressed.
3- More snow. We tried to get B to play in it but no luck. This was the happiest pic I could get.
4- Our friends were back in town!! We miss them!
5- Daddy's boy. <3 p="">
6- We got an awesome deal on a potty seat so we got it thinking it'd be nice to have when we needed it. In the meantime B has been loving it. #justlikedaddy
WEEK 19:
7- Out for a walk with the neighbors. Finally awesome weather!
8- B was wiped out after a playdate with some friends.
9- Getting stuff ready for our big garage sale and I loved finding all these old pictures in the back of frames.
10- Milk mustache day at school!
11- Garage sale day. Also B brought me home 'FOWERS!' from the store.
12- Mother's Day at the pet store with my boys. #love
13- B is 18 Months Old today!!! Crazy!

WEEK 20:
14- Happy boy at his 18 month well baby check.
15- Big hugs for Dakota!
16- B loves his neighbors. He also thinks it's perfectly acceptable to runaway to their house if he's mad at mommy. :)
17- Zoo with cousin Maddox!
18- Pizza Ranch with the fam.
19- Crazy tornado weather. So scary!
20- More crazy weather but an awesome double rainbow after the storm. Love that!

23- B and one of his best friends hanging out and being musical. Or something like that.
24- Sometimes I have 2:30 pm dance parties to wake myself up. Sometimes B is up early from his nap and not amused with my dance parties.
25- B was helping me out in the studio today.
26- B went to pick out a birthday present for his cousin. He got her a shopping cart but wast pretty sure he wanted to keep it for himself. He thought it was awesome!
27- We took B to the farm cruise and he loved it! He is all about animals these days. I love taking him to farms and zoos!
28- Hattie's 1st Birthday party was today! B didn't even mind giving her the shopping cart. (It may have helped that he had a million other toys to play with there and Maddox even gave him a really cool Buzz Lightyear!)
29- It was a beautiful day outside! We soaked up as much outdoor time as we could and tried not to look at the forecast (highs of 40 later this week??? no thanks!).

365 week 16
16- B and his snack time date.
17- 'Let peace reign. Let Grace rule.'
18- Mr B was boycotting another dreary day and did not want to get out of bed. I didn't blame him one bit! We are definitely ready for some sunshine and warmer temps!
19- Ever since B got to watch movies in flight, he LOVES his shows. Toy Story is his favorite (he only has #3 so we watch it over and over and over...). Daddy lets him watch a little before bedtime. He thinks he's big stuff. Bonus points if he gets his movie party in mommy and daddy's room.
20- It's VEISHEA! My favorite part of VEISHEA is the food. I'd been having a really good week and thought I'd try out some Veishea treats. Of course I got sick right away from it but B LOVED his Veishea treats and even made his first visit to the gyro stand! :)
21- B was napping and R was trying to sneak pie into the house in between running errands. How awesome is he? :)
22- Big night for B- he had his first bike ride AND his first visit from the ice cream truck man. He wasn't real impressed.....

9- Miss Hattie came to hang out with B while I rested.
10- Grandma spent the night and B got a donut date in the morning.
11- It was our first day post op without any help. It was just B & me. I was still pretty miserable and super sore and I needed to get to DSM for my post op with the surgeon. It was the longest wait and the worst Dr appointment ever. I was crying before we even got to see the Dr but B was a champ. He has had a crazy month of being across the country and back then passed around from grandma to neighbor to aunt to grandma to aunt to (well you get the idea) and he has been a trooper through it all. He sits more patiently in Dr offices than I do and he gives the best hugs and kisses and giggles. He just smiles all the time! I don't know how I got to be the lucky one to be his mom but I sure am thankful for him!
12- B and daddy have been watching the masters. B got his first set of golf clubs from grandma for Easter and he was taking lessons from the pros. (And daddy.... the broken club is evidence of that.) ;)
13- I tried to get caught up on some {cb}h work but apparently B didn't like the idea. It took me forever to find the computer mouse and when I finally did it was in the toy box. Well played, son.
14- This little copycat loves to take pictures like mommy.
15- B spent the morning running around like a crazy man. You can't tell by the picture but Dakota did too.

2- I basically worked 24 hours straight in an attempt to be caught up as much as possible before taking a break. Lots going on in the poor screen.
3- My gallbladder was removed today. This is what was acceptable to share of a before picture and I looked even worse after (if you can imagine).
4- The worst part of recovery is missing B. I am thankful that he misses me too but it makes me feel bad for him. He wanted to snuggle so bad this night so I tried showing him my owies and explaining that I couldn't hold him until they were all gone. The boy hooked me up with band aids and kisses. How sweet is that?!?
5- B had to wake up early today so daddy could take him to the neighbor's for the day. We've been so blessed with friends and family watching B and making meals for us. We are so thankful for all the help!
6- I really hate giving B too much screen time but today I'm thankful for his love for Toy Story 3. It keeps him entertained and lets me rest. I take back everything I've ever said about parents that use the tv as a babysitter. Parenting sure is humbling isn't it? (Also, I didn't realize I got a screen shot of Ken tied up in his underwear....oops...)
7- R grilled out today and the rest of the lazy family sat around and watched. :)
8- It's a beautiful 70some degree day outside and I'm laying here staring at ugly drop ceilings again. And getting shots in the rear. At least B got to play out in the sun till he was covered in dirt. Here's to more pleasant, warm and dirt filled days ahead.

26- B decorated Easter eggs with his grandma. He thought it was pretty awesome.
27- I didn't recognize it at first but it's the SUN! We were out and about tonight without winter coats. Awesome.
28- Aunt 'illuhlee' hung out with B while I had my consult with the surgeon. Afterwards we ate lunch at New World Cafe. Well, Hillary ate and I picked at my food.
29- Miss Hollie gave B a sucker today. It's the least busy he's ever been at the Dr's office!
30- Super busy day and I completely forgot to take much for pictures. Some good friend came to town for some pictures before their third baby is born and we got to catch up with them for a little bit. We celebrated Brennan's first birthday at his party. We had family come to stay for Easter. (Here are the littles with their Easter
31- Easter buckets ready to go right before the egg hunt!

Hoping to have a blog post in the near future about B's spring break. And about 20 other blog post topics floating around on my notes app.... But for now I'll do a quick 365 update.
19- Mal & B and Christa & Andrew checking out the monkeys (up close and personal) at the Phoenix zoo. Yes, those are short sleeves outside!
20- B's first In N Out trip. We LOVE In N Out and visit one every chance we get!
21- Aunt Mal has a nice pool at her house but all of us adults opted out of swimming so she set B up with his own little paradise. All he needed was an umbrella for his sippy cup. :)
22- We made it home in time for R's annual basketball party. Tons of food, lots of yelling, some extra seating and multiple TVs make up R's set up for the day. He's quite the party planner too. ;)
23- Since R was so busy with hoops the day before, he finally went to get Dakota this day and B was SOOOO happy to see him. They really are best buddies!
24- I didn't manage to get a picture all day so R sent me this one from his phone. Me and B snuggling before bedtime.
25- Again, I didn't manage to get a picture all day (other than my photo sessions) so R sent me this one from his phone. B was not quite as happy here- rough night.

(12)- B's little buddy (also B- I need new nicknames for them when they are together) came today. He couldn't understand why his little buddy couldn't get up and go play with the toys with him. He kept waving 'come on' at him. :)
(13)- Today I'm so thankful that B has family close by enough that he can spend the day with them if he needs to. And thankful that he is super happy to see his mama when he comes home!
(14)- It was a lab work kind of day for me. B kept himself entertained with the Dr's chair. Unfortunately, I had more lab days that I wanted this week! More fun was a Vesuvius run with 'auntie' Sarah but I didn't get pics of that. That place is yummy though!
(15)- B is a big helper!
(16)- Celebrating St Patty's Day a little early (because R says Selection Sunday trumps St. Patty's) with green. I think B got more of the shake than anyone else. Oops....
(17)- B got a special present for his upcoming flight. We tested out a few options at the store and this one we couldn't get away from him. It kept him entertained for the entire Target trip and the car ride home and he STILL wanted it clear up until nap time. I hid it after that and am hoping he has the same love for it in air. :)
(18)- If all goes as planned, B has his first flight today so I'm sure there will be a real photo to come!

This week's 365-
(5)- If I don't wash my hair we are guaranteed to have an unexpected visitor. I like unexpected visitors so that's my excuse for rarely washing my hair. ;) B was giving his unexpected visitor the stink eye pout face a lot tonight but as soon as she left he kept looking for her. Crazy kid.
(6)- Celebrating a good friend's 30th birthday with Scratch cupcakes and Moscato!
(7)- Mr. Don't Take My Picture decided he wanted to butt into my product shots today and posed perfectly for pictures. Also I love the way he crosses his feet these days. (You can see more of his photo bombing adventure when you go enter this week's giveaway!)
(8)- We met my mom and my sis (and her kids) for dinner and to ship B off with them for the weekend.
(9)- R & I attended Weekend To Remember. The speakers were good but my favorite part of the weekend was a project where we were to write letters to each other. I don't think R will kill me for telling you that we both cried. Oh and we did it over awesome omelets that we found at a random hole in the wall downtown. (Ironically, I ended up getting food poisoning later that night.... hopefully not from this meal cause it was awesome... ha.)
(10)- We didn't make it to the last part of the conference-I was still in bed recovering and R thought it'd be good to get B home before the snow storm so he headed to Leon to pick him up. I spent most of the day lounging around and was thrilled that my little guy was happy to see me when he got home! He quickly settled into his regular routine and wanted to be read his favorite book a million times (his current favorite book is The Bible. How fun is that? Coincidentally, we were watching The Bible on TV while he was reading it).
(11)- Hey, look ma! More snow!!! And another snow day for R. Thankfully (so far) he doesn't have to go to school till July like some people have to but he's starting to feel that way!
PS- Can you spot the iPhone pics? Actually, it'd be easier to spot the non-iPhone pics since there are just two of them. Yikes! This week I vow to pick up the camera at home more!

How is it seriously March already!?! I'm totally okay with it though. March brings some fun stuff and hopefully brings some warm weather!
This week's 365-
(26)- B is getting so stinkin' tall. He can reach the books on a higher shelf now (he has to pull them down through the bottom) and he's been secretly stashing toys in the shelf closest to his crib so that while he sleeps (or while he's supposed to be sleeping, rather) he can grab one out and play. It took me awhile to figure out how he was getting to the toys from inside his crib. Tricky kid.
(27)- Best friends. (And yes- that's B's current favorite outfit. He strips his clothes off a lot these days. I think he just likes that he can do it so he keeps practicing.)
(28)- B was hanging out in the studio on this day and decided he should probably get in a picture too. He couldn't figure out why no one was proud of him for sitting down and posing so nicely. ;)
March (1)- B playing with his buddy. What I should have taken a picture of was him playing dolls all day. He LOVED playing with the babies. (Though I cant say he's real nurturing, we spent a lot of time trying to keep him from running over the real baby with the doll stroller.)
(2)- I spent a day catching up with my friend! And I found a swimsuit. And it may be my favorite swimsuit ever you guys! So the crop kinda hides most of the picture here but I promise it's cute.
(3)- Apparently once upon a time when B asked for a drink of my tea I told him it was just for mama because mama had a cough (followed by a fake cough). These days whenever I'm drinking tea, B comes up with a puppy dog face, signs 'please' and follows it with a fake cough. Who could say no to that?? I couldn't on this particular day. :) (again, the mug is cropped... i should have used a different layout today but i was too lazy... sorry!)
(4)- B is obsessed with socks, boots & shoes. And taking them on and off. He stole this pair from his mama.

hickstionary 365 week 8
19 (Tuesday)- We had a full day of visitors and B got to hang out with his aunt 'ill-uh-lee.'
20 (Wednesday)- Wednesday night is one of the few nights R is home before bedtime so it's always been bath night for B. He LOVES the bath but hates the wait to get in and when it's time to get out. :)
21 (Thursday)- B's aunt 'ill-uh-lee' was in town AGAIN today. It's the third time he's gotten to see her in the last week. We met her and Daniel at Hickory Park for lunch before the snow storm moved into town.
22 (Friday)- This day brought to us by an excessive amount of Tazo Awake Tea. Up high out of reach of little hands, of course. Not that he would have noticed it if it were sitting lower; he was too busy chasing the dog and yanking on his tail all day.
23 (Saturday)- We got to eat breakfast at one of my favorite places. It's a rare treat for us so it was a special outing. While there, the lovely hostess made my day (okay, my entire week) by telling me I'm awesome (well not in those exact words). Teaching is an amazing profession that isn't respected as much as it should be (or even as much as it used to be). Teachers really do make life long differences in students' lives; sometimes a teacher is the only adult a child has to turn to. I'm thankful for students that let their teachers know how much they mean to them. Have you thanked a teacher lately? Oh and the food was delish! :)
24 (Sunday)- I actually had time to get my R.A.K. done before leaving for church. (Okay, B slept till 9 am so we went to the 11:00 service instead. It was nice to not have the Sunday morning rush.)
25 (Monday)- R lost his keys (and so far still hasn't found them). When he asked B if he knew where they were he pointed to the register. I then proceeded to pull out of the register three children's ikea cups, five popsicle making sticks, a water bottle, sippy cup tops & straws and more. He may be on to something about the keys.....
Hope you're having a great week! I can't believe the next 365 will be into March already. I'll take it though- I'm definitely ready for spring! How about you??

365 week 7
12 (Tuesday)- B is getting really good at picking up his toys... but you wouldn't guess it by this picture.
13 (Wednesday)- Date night!
14 (Thursday)- Valentine's Day!
15 (Friday)- Mo came to stay with us and she and B had an awesome time swimming. (More on this day to come.)
16 (Saturday)- It's still too cold to be outside too much. We had big plans of going to the skating rink but their hours don't really work for B so Mo got to skate at the gym instead. B had fun chasing and throwing balls while Mo did a little of everything. (I know it looks like he shoved her down but I promise he didn't.) :)
17 (Sunday)- B always dresses dapper to go see his church friends. And apparently to ride scooters as well. :)
18 (Monday)- B was pretty worn out from the weekend and begged for nap time then begged for bed time. Poor buddy!

365 Week 6
5 (Tuesday)- Just hanging out at the bank (again). There was recently fraud on my debit card and while it has been a hassle to deal with, I'm thankful for the people that work at my small town bank- they take good care of us!
6 (Wednesday)- Have you ever wondered if news anchors bother with dress pants? Have you ever wondered what B's choice of pants is for Skyping? Well next time you Skype with B, at least one of your questions can be answered.
7 (Thursday)- Date night on the couch. R showed up wearing his 'lucky shirt' that he's worn every single day of basketball season. I wish I was kidding.
8 (Friday)- We had special visitors and B didn't want to miss out so he decided to skip nap. Even after they left he wasn't ready to lay down so we had quiet time and 'read books.' He loves the auto play books in tab tales and I'm embarrassed to admit that I let them read to him. A lot. Isn't it crazy to think that over his lifetime he'll likely read way more books digitally than not?
9 (Saturday)- B got his first Valentine from a little girl today. It was adorable!! I love how he looks a little nervous over the whole deal (look at those thumbs tucked in). So sweet! :)
10 (Sunday)- B had some fun hanging out in the pool for Izzy's birthday party.

29- In an attempt to get a 'what he wore Wednesday' shot, I took B into the studio in his cute outfit handpicked by himself. This is the best shot I got... I know you don't believe me but he is not always a perfect model and he may have been screaming just a little bit during this shot. :) I also hosted lunch and games this day. Though hosted would be a strong word since just minutes before guests walked in the door we were a huge mess. :)
30- Snow Day! R got to stay home and we were all healthy! We could have made an effort to get outside and enjoy it but I was on the phone getting Drs appointments changed around and set up. B's nap schedule was way off. The bank called- my card had a whole lot of fraud going on overseas. I got stuck in a snow bank on my way to the bank to get the card fraud taken care of. And R was busy scooping the drive. Why, yes that is a snow blower sitting there unused while he shovels. I don't ask questions. :)
31- What I Wore Wednesday. Wait. This was Thursday. Jeesh this week has been crazy! In case you missed it, I blogged about our Thursday here. It involves a lot of waiting and a brand new perspective. (Thursday also included a special visitor and a basketball game. Hopefully I'll post that soon!)
1- This was the only shot I could find on my camera from Friday. I cant even figure out what we did this day. I do know the Ballard boys won big that night. And B was worn out from a crazy week and in bed early.
2- Saturday was a HUGE day for B. Or maybe just for his mama. My little baby got his first haircut. And of course I took a million pictures to document it.
3- Sunday after church we got to see our long lost friends who we miss SO much! We also attended a super bowl party that wasn't at our own house. Crazy talk, I know.
4- Our neighbors were so sweet to hand this fun tent down to B. You know he loved it. :) We're having a catch up on work kind of Monday around here. Here's to a less eventful and more relaxing week around here this week.
How about you? How did last week treat you?
Happy Monday!

22- Tuesdays are generally my shooting day in the winter. B's grandma came to hang out with him this Tuesday and he had a great time.
23- Bath time is daddy's duty. Unless B get's extra messy during the day then requests a bath. He LOVES bath time (until it's time to get out!).
24- Mama was busy baking all day in preparation for an upcoming birthday party. B pushed a chair over to the counter and snuck a taste when he thought no one was looking. He has the sweet innocent look down, doesn't he?
25- More party prep. B met his quota of sweets for the month in just a few short days this week! Here he was tasting the frosting (or the 'appy earthday' as he likes to call it).
26- Saturday was party day! Grandpa came for brunch to celebrate his 60th birthday and later some friends came over for a Favorite Things party. Fun times!
27- The streets were an ice rink so it was a great morning to snuggle and drink (my new) tea. I won it at the Favorite Things party and it is YUMMY! We bummed around the house all day and watched church online. We finally ventured out that night for small group and it was still a little slick out.
28- Daddy had a late start so got to play with B most of the morning before nap time. B napped almost the entire time daddy was at work so he was extra excited when daddy was home so early this afternoon. Of course he's already gone again for basketball, but play time was fun while he was here!
How was your week???

15- My favorite part of being home during the day is playtime with B. It is so cool to get to watch him learn all day long and I really love it when daddy gets in on the playtime too. Today he and B built this huge tower and B got a kick out of it.
16- If you know B, you can hear his squeal when you look at this picture. The kid is my sweet, wild, silly boy. Who was thrilled to find this beach ball in the back of the toy closet tonight. (I'm not sure how he had missed it being there before!)
17- Lisa and her boys came for some quick pictures and B had all sorts of fun with them!
18- I decided if I'm going to ever be in a picture with B, I'm going to have to figure out how to use the remote a little better. I held a practice session in B's room but he figured out what was going on and the next shot is of him crawling towards the camera. (See below.) :)
19- R&I had date night which included ice skating and cupcakes. Yum!
20- I was super annoyed with the recent state of our guest bathroom so I did a teeny update. I did spend $25 on a new shower curtain (which was a need, not a want- the old one was so done-zo R threw it away without being asked) but other than that the update was free. My favorite price for a project! Here's a teeny sneak peek of the prints I made for it. Can you spot the 'stolen' Lollywood frame? I justified using it in there since it's the primary client restroom. :)
21- B likes to pretend he's a big kid but his mama knows better. ;)
January is three weeks over. Crazy!

365 week two
January Eighth- Hattie (and grandma and Holly) came to hang out with B while I worked all day. I shot over 500 images this day!
Ninth- Busy work day. Between snuggling with B, I replied to about a gazillion emails, edited about a bagillion pictures, created about a mazillion documents and burnt a couple discs.* I work 80 hours a week so I don't have to work 40.
*gazillion, bagillion & mazillion might possibly be a little exaggerated.
Tenth- One of B's favorite people came to hang out. He thinks she came to see him and I think she came to see me. Either way, it was good for our souls! :)
Eleventh- Big day for B- he got to lick his first cookie dough beater. He thought it was kind of a big deal.
Twelfth- Big day for {cb}h- Over 30 sweet kids did the TAKE HEART valentines this year. And every single family signed up for The Olivia Act will get free pictures. How cool is that?! Oh and I got some free stuff too- check out the goodies my awesome {cb}h friends brought me.
Thirteenth- Wake up late. Ten minutes to get ready and out the door. Fifteen minutes late to church. Set up studio. Grab a bite to eat. Take newborn pictures. Continue taking newborn pictures. (It was a long session but SO worth it! You can check out more pictures here on the cbh blog.) Clean the studio (wait. I haven't even done that yet!). Eat supper. Go to small group. Put B to bed. Finally put my feet up for two seconds before back to the computer for work. Busy day and I forgot to get my camera out other than the newborn session. Sundays are supposed to be a day of rest and I'm going to stick to that a little better around here!
Fourteenth- It was a mismatched jammies, need an extra Kleenex day apparently. :)

Hickstionary 365
Way back in 2010 I took a picture every single stinkin' day. (You can check that out on my Hickstionary 365 blog here.) While it was awesome to look back on all the pictures, it was a lot more work than I thought it would be and I vowed to never do it again. In 2011, I worked and worked and worked and then had a baby. Until November of that year the only pictures I snapped were for {captured by} heidi photography. Between November of that year and the end of 2012, I TRIED to take pictures of B. I had GOOD INTENTIONS to take pictures of B. But I just wasn't very good about doing it.
So here I am in 2013 starting another 365 project. I am actually really excited about it and hoping that it will help me to document B's life a little better. When I look at how much he changed from January 1, 2012 to January 1, 2013 I can hardly believe it. I just know that this year is going to be more of the same so the 365 just makes sense!
I plan to take a photo every single day this year but if I miss a day I'm not going to beat myself up and I'm totally okay with taking a picture of something that represents that day (i.e. a picture of the computer if I spent all stinkin' day working at the computer and couldn't get away to take pictures). (Not that I could ever do that with a toddler running around so that might not be the best example but you get the idea.)
So without further adieux, I present to you the first week of my 2013 Hickstionary 365. (I haven't decided yet if I'll keep these over on the other blog or just keep them here. Thoughts on that?)
Jan 1st- Apparently nobody was cooking on the first of the year. We got several invites to go out to eat but the first invite came from Papa Tractor so we met him for dinner in Des Moines. B is a big fan of Papa Tractor! (And no, his name isn't actually tractor.)
2nd- B hangin' out in his recliner and daddy reading 'Tickle Monster' to him. My what hairy hands you have.
3rd- For 14 days straight B was a daddy's boy. And did not get stuck in acage play pen while mama got ready in the morning. That all changed today when daddy had to go back to work. B brushed his teeth while mama brushed hers. And when daddy came home, B squealed in delight but then ran straight to mama's arms. :)
4th- I was laying on the floor to catch a shot of B doing one of his favorite things- building (he was using this set of stackadoos he got for Christmas). He's been very aware of the camera lately and as he saw me lay down with it he followed my lead and laid down to smile. What a cheese ball!
5th- A tough day for this mama heart. And this stomach too. More on this day soon (I think) but me laying on the couch trying to eat crackers sums it up kinda well.
6th- My little man is growing up too fast! He's in the toddler room now at church! It was SO cute to see him sitting with his snack with all the other kids at the big boy table. I wish I would have taken my camera out and got a picture but I feel weird about snapping pictures of kids I don't know. My goal is to get more brave and just snap away! (He technically should have been in the toddler room a month ago but we missed church almost the entire month of December between sickies and traveling.)
7th- Busy day with our attempt to attend toddler time then meeting daddy at the basketball game. We weren't home much today but while we were, B was super snuggly with his blankie. I've been trying to get him to attach to another one while I leave this yellow one for special (it was R's when he was a baby and his grandma made it) but B is determined to attach to this one. It's so delicate I hate to let him drag it around but it's so dang cute when he does.
