Tonight for dinner we made the Dorito chicken casserole.

H says: it's okay. I liked how easy it was (I just used can chicken to make it even easier) and the short cooking time. It wasn't spectacular in my mouth but definitely one we would make again.

Or as they're known in the H house: lucky PB bars. The first time we made these was just three hours before leaving for the hospital to have B. :)
